Yes. Pickup is available across Dubai, including Marina, Downtown, Business Bay, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Deira, Bur Dubai, and more.

What time is pickup and drop-off?

Pickup is typically between 2:30–3:30 PM (season/location dependent). Drop-off is usually around 9:00–10:00 PM.

Is pickup and drop-off included?

Yes. We pick you up and drop you back to your Dubai hotel/residence in a 4×4 vehicle.

Is dune bashing safe for kids or older guests?

Dune bashing is generally safe, but it can be bumpy. If you have small kids, pregnant guests, or anyone with back/neck issues, you can request a soft drive or skip dune bashing and go directly to the camp (subject to arrangement).

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes if possible. Bring sunglasses, a light jacket in winter, and a camera/phone for sunset photos.
